Beto Sues Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Budweiser for Copyright Infringement

ESPN has sued Coca-cola, Pepsi and Budweisers parent company, MillerCoors, for copyright infringement.

The lawsuit filed Thursday alleges that Coca-Cola, Buds and Buds brands “violated” the intellectual property rights of several others.

It also seeks a permanent injunction, disgorgement of profits and monetary damages, attorney’s fees and costs, the company said in a statement.

The suit names PepsiCo, Miller Coors, Bud and Coors as defendants.

MillerCoor and Bud Coors also are named as defendants in the complaint.

The companies’ response to the lawsuit was not immediately available.
